FAQ's
What is an outpatient program?
An outpatient program is a form of treatment where you visit a clinic or facility for therapy sessions and other services, but you don't live there. You go home each day and manage your daily life.
Does Aspen Treatment Center offer sober living?
We offer sober living options through our sister company, Westridge Recovery, with two locations in the west end of the San Fernando Valley.
How is your program financially covered?
We accept various forms of payment for our program and services, including:
-Insurance: We accept most major PPO health insurance plans.
-Self-pay: We may offer payment plans for those who are not covered by insurance.
-Financial Assistance: We may also offer financial assistance programs or scholarships for qualified individuals.
You can contact Aspen Treatment Center directly to discuss our payment options and determine if Aspen Treatment Center is a good fit for your financial situation. Remember, it's always best to ask questions and explore all available options before deciding on treatment.
What to expect during your free consultation:
During your free consultation, you'll meet with a therapist or counselor. They'll get to know you, your concerns, and your treatment goals. This is your chance to ask questions about our services, treatment options, and our center's approach. They'll assess your needs and if we are a good fit for you. Think of it as a "meet and greet" to see if you're comfortable with the Aspen and ready to begin treatment.
Where can I learn more about you?
You can explore other sections of this website, such as the "About Us" page to learn more about our company, mission, and team.
How long is the treatment program?
Treatment durations vary depending on the individual's unique needs. Typically, you can expect to be in Partial Hospitalization level of care for 30-45 days followed by Intensive Outpatient level of care for an additional 60-90 days.
